I decided to become an Independent Team Beachbody coach because over time I found that there were to many customer service workers like myself, that are confined to their desk most of the day, don’t have the time to spend hours in a gym or a lot of money to spend on expensive equipment, but had the desire to take charge of their life and make their health and fitness a priority. We needed a way to find more time in your busy day while working through the stress and challenges that come from working in a busy office with high call volumes while multitasking multiple systems all day. It is my goal to address the need to alleviate the fact that having a sedentary and stressful job can sometimes affect our health, by using my many years of experience in the customer service field (both in a traditional and work from home setting), countless amounts of research, collaboration with experts, and finding support with other customer service reps along my journey to finding the perfect work-life balance. Because, I understand how difficult it can be to keep the stress of long hours and demanding customers from effecting your mood and the level of energy you have left for yourself at the end of the day.
